Design is everywhere.

Design is fundamental. Everything around us is designed and design decisions impact nearly every part of our lives. The designed environment is our environment and, for most of us, it is invisible: it is our ‘natural’ environment.

Artificial world acts and assumes its position reacting with us as if it were Nature itself. The Man-made world mimics the way the natural world behaves.

Architecture, product design, industrial design, transportation, communication products, clothing, and all the man-made world is continually evolving.

Contemporary Design responds to our presence and stimuli as a living entity, encouraging us to rethink our position in the environment.

This position has a double character: we feel enveloped in an environment as subjects and at the same, reacting with design, we perceive ourselves as objects.

Design is looking at us.

Nature generates itself.

The man-made world is generated from nature.

We extract materials from nature and we reorganize them through a new order that dares a new paradigm: an artificial world intended as a natural world.

The difference between natural and artificial entities has ceased to be fundamental.

The world we design is trending towards the natural becoming more artificial and the artificial more natural.
