Ana was born in Guatemala, is Swedish and a world-citisen. She is an innovative nutritionist with an MSc in Public Health Nutrition from London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and over a decade of humanitarian experience, including roles with the ICRC; and health innovation at the WHO. There she engaged in social innovation in health and lately hosted the Innovation Hub, physical space at WHO HQ. In Sweden, she coordinated the "Fotografiska for Life" initiative at the Fotografiska Museum in Stockholm. She founded The NUTRIVERSE, a hybrid platform with a unique and invclusive narrative that merges science, food, and art to promote nutrition as a transformative force. Ana’s collaborations with organizations like the Social Gastronomy Movement and MAD highlight her innovative approach to nutrition and culinary arts. A creative powerhouse, she is also an aspiring chef, forager, mixologist, and purposeful content creator, driving sustainability and health innovation in the global food conversation - and action!.
