#318 (In)complete - a metaphor for love

This piece is one of the first art pieces I ever made years ago when changing school direction dramatically from engineering at university to art. The first chair was destroyed over the years, but I believe the question is still rather actual, and I finally found the right chairs to cut. Or took time to look for them.

So genuine question: what is true love? Can it be that two parts, individually, are incomplete and quite useless, and only by puzzling the right pieces together, they get the higher function they were meant to have? Do we become complete because we love?

Part of an (in)complete series in the 'Unfinished Business' art exhibit.
